55 Franklands drive a 3 bed semi detached house with large gardens, parking, two reception rooms, just in need of minor cosmetic work, why a best buy, well where in a city centre can you bag a 3 bed semi house for £51,500 that’s in liveable condition!

The only downside being its non standard construction so hard to get a mortgage and puts many buyers off, that said for this buyer and at that’s price, it’s a best buy of the day.

Highest Sold Price at Auction on the Day!

lot 23 – Guide £475,000

Sold for £535,000.

This property represents great value for the buyer! It spent two year on the open market struggling to attract the right level of interest.

Auction House North West obtained the instruction via a joint Agent with whom we have a strong working relationship.  We discussed how selling at Auction will not only ensure that you will achieve the TRUE market value of a property but also the comfort that it will be sold within 4 weeks (*80%success rate – with no fees payable if it doesn’t sell).

Additionally, we made sure that our marketing of the property was comprehensive, as we do with all of our stock prior to Auction, resulting in a room full of buyers that had all previously read the legal packs.

The bidding was competitive and the vendors were delighted that on the day that we were able to sell their property in the room for the final price of £535,000.
