Due to high customer demand…
We are delighted to announce that we will be hosting an additional Pop-up auction on Thursday 15th November.
What’s does this mean for me?
Further to our October and December auctions, which will proceed as scheduled we will be holding a further auction for additional lots in November.
The Auction day itself will be conducted in the same professional format but with a few innovative changes.
As part of Auction House North West commitment to reduce our carbon footprint and our environmental impact, we continue to deliver improvements working towards going paperless.
As a result of careful consideration, we are going to trial NO PAPER LEGAL PACKS & NO HARDCOPY CATALOGUE in the new November 15th Auction.
What does going Paperless mean?
Prior to Auction Day, legal documents can be viewed Online for free, thus making the process of purchasing at Auction simpler and more convenient.
You can view the legal packs available for all properties by visiting the Online Portal and quickly registering your details.
What happens with legal documents and catalogues on Auction Day?
We will provide paper copies of sale memo, contract and special conditions only as this is what successful buyers require for signature.
The remainder of the legal pack will as always be available free of charge online on the day of the Auction and we will have access in the room to those without access to personal devices to preview all documents.
Catalogues will be available online shortly prior to the auction date and, for those without access to personal devices, can be viewed in the room on request.
WIFI at the University of Bolton Stadium is free and can be accessed on auction day from the room.
