Why Sell at Online Auction?
Auction House Online provides an ‘eBay’ style web based platform offering both traditional Unconditional and Conditional, sometimes termed, the Modern Method of Auction services. Auctions are bespoke individual lot based timed auctions providing greater seller flexibility over In-Room Traditional auction.
Online Auction is a quick and easy process. The auction runs over a fixed time period, typically 21 days providing time for marketing and Open House viewings.
On the fall of the virtual hammer buyers have 20 working days to either complete the sale, in the case of unconditional auction or exchange contracts in the case of conditional auction.
2. Property Types
Across both Unconditional and Conditional Online auctions all property sale types can be catered for. Advice will be provided free of charge by the Auction Valuer as to which auction method will be most relevant.
3. Legal & Binding
Unconditional and Conditional Online Auction provide the same level of secure selling that In-Room Traditional Auction provides.
Your property will be advertised online on property websites, including the Auction House site, and portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla. In addition, it will be promoted to our targeted database of interested buyers based locally, regionally and nationally.
5. Open House
To allow prospective buyers to view your property, we organise a series of Open House events, allowing people to look around the property and have any questions answered by a member of our auctions team.

By running the Open House events, it allows us to generate interest in your property and create a competitive environment between prospective buyers. This will help to achieve the very best price for your property.
